Non-Formal Ideas
In correspondence with a formal, and applied application for a new weapon design, informal weapon designs will be allowed. This includes talking about an idea, determining whether or not you'd like to follow out an idea, or simply want to discuss the possibility of your device working. The informal application is not intended for regular chatterbox chatter or stories about your life. However, jokes, if they are funny (yes this is subjective) will be allowed. I too possess a sense of humor and, if your jokes are tasteful, they will be permitted.
This does not mean that the informal applicants should spam the place with jokes. Rather, a super duper mega baby making machine will be permitted to be discussed, just as an ordinary serious application would. Anything with extreme racism, bigotry, prejudice, swearing, or otherwise extraordinarily vulgar aspects will be disallowed.
