Crime is something that will never end. It's up the police and those who believe in justice to make sure that the worthy get placed behind bars, and the victims find justice. There is one unit who works in the darkest part of the crime spectrum. The narcotics unit. People who fight those who use drugs, and work to cure the victims of those drugs. That's where the Tokyo Narcotics Unit comes into play.
Tokyo a city where drugs are a part of the hidden underground. They witness the dark side of everything in the underground. Everyday the Police who work this unit witness the home breaking and the struggle that users and dealers experience. Now we enter the best team for investigation. They are a team of ten who work in different sections of investigation. There is a Drugs Specialist, Two Investigators, A Director, Four Intelligence Officers, and Two Field Officers/Undercover teams. They make up the best and the brightest, they work to change to Tokyo for the better.
After the passing of one of the investigators a new boy joins with a rather dark secret. Sixteen years ago he lost his memory due to something connected with a deadly drug called "Switch". In his memories lies the secret to the epidemic like events that struck the Kenato Region of Japan. With his secret hidden from himself and those around him its up to him and his partner to fight the crime that floods the city.
A group called "Dragon Aid" has started selling drugs through out Japan and developed ties with the the Yakuza. After they connection was made parts of a man's body were discovered through out Tokyo. Once they were placed together the mark of the "Dragon Aid" was discovered. Now it's up to the Narcotics unit to get the gang off the street. Yet what happens when there is a connection discovered between one of their own and this secret, and almost no existent thing only known as Switch?

|Kasdeya loves to pull off jokes which can be sometimes funny. He has a large sweet tooth for many different and exotic sweets. Unlike the normal japanese person, he has more of an American taste, thus has trouble with sushi. Along with this, when on a job he can get serious especially on a job which he takes more serious than his own life. Kasdeya is deterimend to save as many lives as possible, when he fails to do so when he is working on the field, he holds himself responible most of the times. Lots of times, he keeps promises which are hard to keep, sometimes he ends up breaking them. Kasdeya only has one wish: to save as many people as I can and live and die without any regrets. |
The.S t o r y.Of.M y.L i f e ||Kasdeya was born in Japan, with a japanese mother and an American marines father. Kasdeya hardly remembers his childhood in Japan as a few years after his birth, his father was transfered back to his home country in America, having Kasdeya and his mother move. Kasdeya went through this several times, so he knows several languages. As he grew up, Kasdeya has always admired his father, one who protects the people. Which had Kasdeya train in America, joining up with the CIS and FBA.
While working on a crime case, that dealt with a murder with 16+ victiums, it was then that he had someone die on him. They found the murder and the newest victum a teenager of 16. As the victum was secure with Kasdeya, and the murder about to be taken away, he pulled out a knife, one which the others failed to notice was on him. He got the girl that was with Kasdeya on the eye, and into the brain. Killing her while on the way to the hospital. Since then Kasdeya has been doing his best to save the lives of others, several times he almost died himself, this ment nothing if the ones saved could live with their families and live as normally as possible.
At the age of twenty-five Kasdeya decided to move to Tokyo. It was supposed to as a vacation but with the drugs and violence the city has witnessed, he couldn't turn a blind eye. Retiring from America, he fully stayed in Japan joining up with its police force, deciding to join the narcotics untit.
