For once you hear the screaming...Sorry if this isn't in the right forum, I wasn't sure where to put it. sweatdrop I was planning on making my own outfit for my first attempt, but if I did that I wouldn't have anything to wear come time for SakuraCon. My parents are still kind of iffy about "The whole Lolita thing", so I figured I'd start out with something closer to what they're already used to seeing me in. So, what do you think? Kodona or Kuro? It never stops...

Which do you feel more comfortable about, and which would be easier for you to put together? Are you able to buy online, or will you be making it yourself?

For once you hear the screaming...I feel equally comfortable doing either style, and I would be buying it online. It never stops...

Hmm.. well kodona is something you could wear even if later on you decide not to wear lolita... and kuro is something you can mix with other styles, like you can later add something here and there and have gothic...
And yeah, those are really nice styles to start with... I wouldn't know what to get either... sweatdrop ~♥~

Personally, I'd say kuro. If you're trying to win them over, the delicate cuteness should do the trick. biggrin

Nilokara For once you hear the screaming...I feel equally comfortable doing either style, and I would be buying it online. It never stops... If you're buying it online, it'd be easier to start with Kuro, because the fit of pants is less universal than the fit of a skirt. I'd say go with either, but for buying online Kuro is more practical measurement wise.

KURO!
Then again, I'm only saying this because my mom thought I was changing a little too much when I cut my hair in college, so seeing me in britches instead of skirts would not have boded well for me... Parents like their little girls to stay little girls.
Plus, I'm a big fan of black and neutrals. I think it's very flattering on Americans. (assuming you are american) Moreso than other colors or cupcakes, but again, just an opinion. Both styles are nice.
