	lol actually answered the same question a day or 2 ago, its like the flower and fish exchange, go to shops, back-ally bargains and look for the link under Nichole's picture that says "make recipes" the rest is explained, it shows what recipes and items you have or need and what they make biggrin hope this helps & have fun
