Character Creation Rules:
Starting Level:
Races: Any race as long as it does not exceed an ECL of +1
Classes: Any from PHB1&2 and All of the Complete series, any others give me the book name and if I have it I'll look at it and either give it a yay or nay.
Stats rules: 4d6 drop the lowest, reroll 1's. That is an absolute rule re rolling a 1 and getting a 1 means keep rolling till you do not get a 1.
I may adjust ability scores discreetly to balance characters.
OR you can use 36 point buy.
Starting gold: 150 gold or roll 6d4x10
HP IS MAX 1st level every level after will be rolled
