I know this is super early, but I'm preparing for Otakon. I want to be a Lolita Raichu, but I can't find a brown, orange, or yellow skirt or dress anywhere...Can anyone help? I don't want an expensive one nor an A-Line skirt.

I haven't really seen alot of items in that color unless your willing to wear pastel yellow(dosn't really look raichu-ish)thats alittle bit more common. But if you want to a very accurate raichu color schemes then you may want to get a skirt pattern imsurefind one at a fabric store,or online they have tutorials. Then make a skirt with the color fabric you've chosen may be add some frills or pearls maybe even paint some strips. For the top you might be able to find a raichu hoodie which are pretty cute!Im only saying you might find one because i've seen pickkachu ones in picture many times.Check ebay but it might only cost 99cents and shippings like 50.00$ so be careful. You could try second hand sales online but be careful for obvious reason.Or just get a matching hoodie that goes with the skirt and sew on raichu ears.Felt isa good material for that.If you want a lolita blouse then geta plain white or black those colors are pretty neutral. and go well with almost anthing.Maybe even get ears if you dont want a hood or hat which if you have raichu ears it may look rather cosplay-esque.For shoes i suggest a classic maryjane if you have any or maybe even a black or brown pair of lolita shoes.Latly possibly get a raichu tail or make one(only if you want to).
I hope this helped and have fun at your Otakon

Ooh!! The idea of Pokémon + Lolita just fills me with SO MANY IDEAS. *o*
I've actually wanted to try out making a Cherrim-inspired dress myself.
Raichu would be tooootally cute! Omg you have got to do some kind of Raichu-ear-shaped hair clips or bows or pigtails of some kind!!
Maybe you can do some kind of fancy zig-zaggy brown lacework on the back to represent the stripes on Raichu's back?
I would give the Gijinka Pokédex on Deviant Art a look-see for inspirations on Pokémon costumes and Pokémon in human forms.

This is amazing. I have designed lolitas for pretty much all of my favorite characters and time periods (the landsknecht [German Renaissance mercenary] lolita was interesting) but never for pokémon. I honestly never thought of it. Your creativity is lovely.
