I think it's a lovely video! I'd like to know how long it took her to perfect that method of makeup. The costume looks pretty good to me. Then again, I haven't seen too many complete Sailor Moon costumes. D: The special effects and intro were cute. x3 The message at the end was very sweet.

Aww, I love Michelle Phan! I always watch her make-up tutorials. I think she's a professional make-up artist o.o She even has her own make-up line.
The tips she talks about in those videos are so clever. I especially like the whole lining the water line with white to make the eyes look bigger. I never thought about that XD
