..i was planning on buying Fremeres Guard..but theres # gens...what if i buy the 8th gen item..do i still get the items below 8 to equip

Which generation you buy will not matter aside from price. This is basically how they work;

Gen 1 is released.
Gen 2 is released > Gen 1 gets new poses.
Gen 3 is released > Gen 2 gets next set of poses > Gen 1 gets new poses.

And so on and so forth. At the end;

Gen 3 gets next poses > Gen 2 gets next poses > Gen 1 finishes
Gen 3 gets next poses > Gen 2 finishes > Gen 1 does nothing further
Gen 3 finishes > Gen 2 does nothing further > Gen 1 does nothing further

And so on, so all gens will eventually have all poses- it just takes a little bit longer ;3

So, buy whichever gen you like- the earlier generations tend to be a bit more coveted, but if you want it only for the poses, the later generations are an economical alternative for what will ultimately be the exact same thing.

Generally I just buy whichever is the cheapest (I buy for poses)
I believe all generations of Fremere's Guard are fully evolved,
so just search fro Fremere in the marketplace and buy the least pricey.

Yes. It's the same with all of them. If not all poses right now, you'll have all of them once it finishes evolving.

And yes; all gens of Fremere's Guard are done. So all the poses will be available. You can check how far a given generation is by going to the marketplace and trying that generation on. It will show you any currently available poses.
