Okay, if you are new to the guild you need to do a variety of things.

1. Introduce yourself in here, a simple hello is all that is needed ^^
2. Check out the Point System It is really important to understand that.
3. Start your profile, be sure to check the two announcements. One is the profile layout and the other is the rules for your profile.
4. After your profile is finished and accepted you can start RP'ing. You can post anywhere you wish.
5. You might want to go to the forum Chronicles of information. there is some very important concepts that should be checked out to understand the guild completely.
