The material in the SRD is OGL but I'm fairly certain the books themselves are not. The fact that the SRD exists is unimportant compared to the fact that giving away .pdf copies of the books is against the TOS and that is what I need to enforce here because it can spawn problems than simply him getting in trouble.

It's so hard finding an active recruiting 3.5e campaign that's not full or in the middle of stuff [ half the time it doesn't say full or recruiting and it's confusing ]

And before you ask, i did check the outdated (slightly) active campaign thread for 3.5e
