Mesprit teleported in front of Victor with his hand held out. "You can no longer get artifacts of the souls anymore. You KNOW that they are against the rules. Power isn't everything. I do not have any other soul in me other than my own that I know of and I can still keep up w/u. So, its not the POWER you get. Its how you use it."
