Im trying to get rid of this item in my aquarium but it says its frozen whats up with that?

frosen aquarium items generally means you still have that item in your aquarium.
And when used items from the aquarium cant be sold or trashed.
Take the item out, and you should be able to sell it, give it away, or trash it.

Also, you tank and your overseer cant be sold.
