which team are you using? Someone I know suggests that you avoid the mines, collect as many orbs as you can, and if you're about to hit a mine and can't get out of the way, jump over them! I recommend using a team you're more used to, or one that can get the mission done quickly, but don't forget the key!

Keep doing that mission with team Rose because it's a lot easier getting the key. Memorise the stage so you can avoid the mines and know where the speres are. If you can't do it with Team Rose, then I would go on with Team Chaotix... It's a lot easier with them, but first memorise the satge with Rose
Oh and never use fly or power, stick with speed!!
