Please someone help me before my head explodes!!!
Okay, so I tried to purchase Gaia Cash through my mobile; being in Canada there are no Gaia Cash cards here. Anyways...so every time I was in the process of having a transaction go through, the transaction would break. So I cancelled (or so I thought) the transaction, and started another one. The next one didn't go through, so I made a last attempt...THEN I got a message that my purchase limit for Gaia Cash was REACHED!!! So that meant I couldn't purchase anymore FOR THE REST OF THE MONTH!!!! scream I couldn't get through to Gaia customer service cuz I don't have a ticket, and can't figure out how to get in touch with them to HOPEFULLY reimburse the funds that I was cheated out of, cuz if not...I'm paying for goods not recieved!! sweatdrop

I have never had this problem while buying with my phone, but it does sound like you are having some trouble.
Try posting in This forum.
And i know its hard, but try to be patient, the mods have much to do as it is.
I hope you can get it worked out!
