Removed/Ban List

-sighs- This is a topic I hope I or anyone else must ever use. It's where I'll or others in charge will post a list of those who have been removed or ban from the guild. If a person remains inactive for 2 weeks to a month without a word at all that person shall be sent a PM warning that they will be removed at the 3 week mark of joining the guild. If the person remains unresponsive for another month then will be removed and may rejoin if they desire to. If a person is rude, abusive, or harmful to any members they will be banned from the guild for harassment and indecent exposure. If someone has be ban for harassment or other charge against the rules then they will not be re-accepted to the guild.

I am so sorry to use this crying But several of our members have had more than enough time to post something but they have yet to do anything so.....-takes a deep breath and sighs- they will be removed but if wish to reapply they may but they MUST be active.

I am sorry to say but rotflmaool has been removed from the guild for posting a horribly inappropriate picture that goes against the guild rules and I'm pretty sure against Gaia's main rules as well. I have sent a PM to him stating the reason and that his topic he had created that he named HANNAH MONTANA NAKED ***100% REAL*** has been removed. No tolerance for pictures of nudity will be allowed. It's disgusting. I know some may be thinking "well what if they are censored?" that doesn't change the fact that nude pictures are not allowable. I've seen some on other sites in people's signatures that were done in a way that they weren't repulsive because any parts were covered. I don't hate the human body its just there's a way its done discreetly and neatly to where its not disgusting but like "that photographer has some skill" then there's "that guys a perverted jack who just wants some" I have told rot that he may rejoin in the ending of January if he would like he can return to the guild. Some may say I over reacted but I don't think I did because that was wrong content for a guild that, by rules and basic rules of thumb since there are teens and a varying of ages on gaia, porn shall not be tolerated in this guild. If a guild was made for just porn then that's their business, not in my guild. Not here. So please, understand why I have removed rot from our family. His post and picture he posted was disrespectful and disgusting that almost made me vomit because it was so disgusting and uncensored.

here's the link to a topic he made in the chatterbox. He posted a link to the picture I found to be inappropriate. Tell me, was I wrong to ban him cause it looks in appropriate and I told him it looked inappropriate but he's throwing a fit because I banned him from the guild due to that picture. It's disrespectful in my opinion to over weight people and to that actress/singer. I'm not a huge fan or nothing, I like her father's singing more than hers but I'm not a over going crazy person due to it. I like Achy Breaky Heart, that's about it from him. Her's, eh, not so much. Her voice is too sharp for my ears to handle. Anyway, tell me, was I wrong to remove him for a picture that looked in appropriate?

I agree. It was a rude picture. It wasn't a good one. Its not fair to the overweight people and its not fair to her. I don't like celebrities in general, but it isn't fair to terrorize them just because they have people stalking them (although a lot of them live for it. It just makes me so mad). It was unjust and inappropriate for this website in general, not just this guild.
