"Congrats, Sora-chan! We should celebrate!" she said, giving her a big hug.

"i'm glad you guys came, it's really quite in here!" then ame-chan came rushing in like a small whirlwind and squeezed her cousin in a hug. "congratulations sora-chan! i'm so happy for you!"
