Angelic Lace (the bustier layers wonderfully)
G-Ranger boots (the red ones are a very good idea)
Lovely Lady Wasabi (for more obvious reasons)

Okay then. You weren't very clear and when most people refer to cosplaying on Gaia, they mean their avatars.
Stalk Ebay. Sometimes you can find some hard to make parts of the costume there. As for making the costume yourself, I am not sure, I don't sew at all.

Well, its hard to describe every little thing, so you'll have to be more specific...
To start, get some white fabric (nylon mix or something stretchy) and buy a patter to make swimsuits or ice skating outfits with. That will give you a start smile

There's lots of items you could convert as well - skirts & leotards etc.

If you are patient with me, I can talk to my group of convention friends that specialize in Sailor Moon. I know if my life weren't so hellish right now, I was going to be doing Sailor JunJun.
But, do you plan on sewing? Or are you looking for one to buy?
