I don't know if this has been done yet or not, but I was curious about people's RP characters. Does anyone have an RP character that is an elf? If so, what are they like?
I have 1 character named Amaya who is an old elf (but still looks 20). She loves books too! (I swear I didn't make her to fit this guild! It just kind of happened!)
So I was just curious because I am just getting into the whole world of RPing!

I had an elfy chick for a while, but that portion of history ended around the time the love of her life realized he was the new king and therefore had to make a politically advantageous marriage and avoid any appearance of impropriety or favoritism.
My latest character is a hyper-intelligent mage who takes notes in Draconic shorthand as a fun intellectual exercise. She got killed tonight by a bunch of githyanki.
I'm not sure I really like the trend in my husband's gm-ing...

In my gaming group, I'm notorious for playing Elves, though I'm not entirely sure that reputation is well-earned, since I've got active dwarves, gnomes, and even a half-orc and a fairy. I've got a couple of active elf characters.
Hadoriel Celeblas is my D&D 3.5 character in the Forgotten Realms and my longest-running RPG character. She's probably one of the most "alive" characters inside my head. She's a ranger/fighter with a weird spear and a base land speed of "oh my god, what was that!?!"
Fearlyn Hrinhelyn is my D&D 4.0 character in my group's home-brew world. I haven't been playing her as long, so she's not as fleshed out, but she's a much rougher sort of character than Hadoriel is. She's all about the stealth and likes to sneak up on the thief of the group, just because she can.
I haven't yet found a good RP on Gaia that has actually managed to keep going and it makes me quite sad. I haven't done online free-form RP since the Slayers RP I was in years ago.

I love role plays! biggrin heart I tend to do Harry Potter role plays more than anything else, though, which means that all of my RP characters are human witches/wizards.
