Guild Forum Rules and Guidelines
Welcome to the Intellectual Islamic Guild! This guild is intended for members to discuss about Islam and Muslim around the world. we welcome both Muslims and non-Muslims to join the community to discuss together with proper responses without any hard feelings to anyone. Generally speaking, we don't want any conflict between any members caused by responses that do not very appealing nor appease the community.
As a member, it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the guild's rules before posting. Posting in this guild implies that you read and understand the rules and guidelines and that you accept responsibility for the appropriateness of your thread or post. This imply to Gaia Terms of Service.
Rules and Guidelines.
1. Everyone is to be treated with RESPECT. You don't have to agree with everyone or even like them, just be civil, okay?
2. Any form of slander or trash talk in regards to race, religion (yes, that includes polytheists), sexual orientation, or just plain difference of opinion will not be tolerated. In other words, play nice. This includes from refraining from the term kufir.
3. Please type literately and intelligently. Things such as as “lolz u don't no wat ur talking abt” and answering a statement with simply “Allah says so.” will not be accepted.
4. No begging for gold and items. If you want charity start a thread in the Chatter Box.
5. Please introduce yourself in the Introductions forum. It's okay to lurk until you are comfortable, but at least say hi.
6. Have fun. We're not all business here. A little humor never hurts.
Disciplinary Action- any violation of rules 1 through 4 will result in:
1. A formal warning will be send via PM.
2. A fine of 100 golds will be charged: must be payed in 3 days or we'll move on to step 3.
3. The user can be banned without warning.
Additional notes
- Rules can be change from time to time, depending on the situation.
- Please mark that rules are not only apply to the guild members, but also to all of the higher rank in the guild. That includes me.
- Rules are made that best suited to all members. So it will not discriminate any new members or any of the guild members.
- Rules are made to make the guild move smooth and easy without any violation and misunderstanding. I hope there will be no conflict between any of us.
