Yeah me too! He's just so sweet and I find it adorable how he says he loves Richard.

Everything about him.. I love just the way he is diffrent from all of the other Gars, his personality around everyone. Like it was said before. He dosnt realize that he is scary around other people, it is difficult to understand that sometimes as areader for me because i know him as a sweet and loving creature as opposed to a scary carnivore.. sad But all in all i jsut love him to death! surprised

Everything about him. He's kind of like Frankenstein's monster before he realized everyone was scared of him and started killing Frankenstein's family...Just think, if Victor had loved him like Richard loved Gratch, the monster would have been cute and cuddly...

Oh, and I also love how Gratch forgave Richard when he sent him away. I almost cried when Richard said he didn't love Gratch.

And I love the way Gratch speaks.

i do love gatch but i have one big question how in the world did he make it through the towers of perdition obviously gratch has some magic in him (seeing mrswith etc etc) so wouldn't the spells be attracted to him?

The part of him always wanting hugs, and the reactions of the recipients of said affection.

He does have magic, gars were made by the war wizards of old to fight against the mrswith.
He flies over the Towers. The spells are as tall as the towers.

Also, even after Richard sent him away, Gratch only went as far as he had to as not to be seen. He followed Richard when he could, finally seen by Richard on the steps of the palace when he was eating. He was there, but stayed away like Richard asked. He never said how far away though.

my family thinks i'm weird because i love Gratch so much. he's like a loyal puppy who follows richard. he's so cool and strong. i love his speech and loyalty to richard.
