I'm sooo psyched.
My sister and I got my mom into Death Note, too, and she went with us to the movie as "Mello's Mom". Which is funny, since... Mello's an orphan and all... >u>;;; She even cried at the end when L named the little boy "Near". TTuTT
But yeah. O 3O All three of us are looking forward to it coming out on DVD.

Not to ruin it or anything lol, but I watched the first 2 movies recently, and they follow to the anime pretty close... very close actually. Does the third movie take any dramatic turns from its anime counterpart? I don't need specifics. XD I just want to know if I need to prioritize watching it.

The third movie is nothing like first two, at all. I don't think the death note is even mentioned (or it's in there very little) It's more a movie all about L, which is fine with me ^_^ It actually was my favorite of all three films.

heart heart heart heart I loved all of the movies and the manga AND the anime. I love Tsugumi Ohba's work in general I heard he/she acted just like L while making the manga and the anime. Hideo Nakata did an awesome job directing the movies and Ken'ichi Matsuyama was a great person for the role of L. Loved the voice dubbing in English. heart heart heart 4laugh
