I was wondering, the twins are homo but I never knew who acts like the girl and who acts like the boy. I've seen the pictures of the twins and know who acts like a boy but because they look alike I don't know which one is which one!

Kaoru acts more like a girl, Hikaru like a guy (since he is one).

Oh Kaoru is deffently the girl in the relationship and Hikaru is his domanite. Don't worry if your still watching Ouran you will soon be able to tell them apart without hearing thier voices. Kaoru's face holds a softer expression than Hikaru. It's just something in their eyes too that will make it easy to tell them apart in pictures ^_^

Kaoru is the girl. He's soft so spoken and sweet. Hikaru is definitely the guy.

they switch parts alot so its hard to tell which is the girl and witch is the guy in the relationship
