Alright, kiddo...today we are going to talk about God-Modding. It irritates everyone in an rp setting, and you are guilty of doing it on a major scale. It is the taking over of reality itself, altering the very laws of physics and interfering overly with other's spheres of influence.
For example, lava cascading down on water would boil it away, not turn it into a statue. Kero's soul gaze is inescapable...that's his balliwick, and what he says goes there. And as for changing Lyssan back...that is the epitome of God-modding...simply changing a detail without any explanation of how or why you did it.
Lyssan and I may seem to God-Mod, but we check each other...As our powers are opposite, she and I are held in balance, and we both dumb down our chars, who in the true mythology could have turned themselves back from being a baby. However, in order to make the stories humorous, and to keep everyone's power equal, we don't reveal their real strength except in the direst of cases, like Kero killing Nitsua.
So please, stop the God-Modding...it's annoying, and if it keeps up, nobody's going to want to comment on yer threads.
Anything else, anyone?

I' sorry its been a long time since I have RPed so yeah ....
and I was thinking more of when lava and water meet they make stone the water makes the lava cool down ....
again I'm sorry It won't happen again I will keep my powers to a limit ...
but anyway I can't talk about this anymore I have to go for now

only this... ye got some great ideas, prince and we really do want to r.p. with ye... but role playing is a give and take relationship... ye can't control everything... and the way to get yer way in things in to pm an individual before ye do something drastic... actually this goes for everyone... pm first iffin ye do anything to another's character... those changes ye see... may be dramatic, true... but they may be changes they want... biggrin

It's alright...you haven't been doing so badly, up until you fixed Lyssan...that was true god-modding.
The other two incidences are more cases of faint god-modding...and you didn't know about the water/lava thing. Nor are you knowledgeable in the ways of Voidmagic...
As for the former, I'm a science buff...ask away
And the latter...there's a thread on page two of this forum that explains Voidmagic. If ye read that...and Lyssan explains Twilight to ye...ye should be fine...

I am sorry I deleted my post I figured I went too much with that
and with the pirate (the water one) Just to say his water powers are very low so don't take me wrong thinking I can change everything as in fire beating water
anyway I really gtg now (movie to watch )

The movie cut out waaaay too much in my opinion.
@Lyssan they are braking up the next book into 2 movies not this one

i don't follow movies very much... only a few... LOTR and Harry Potter being the only ones of any recent vintage....
well... i hope yuki likes it... she's giving up a lot to go see it on friday...
