Horror Inc. Art Contest - Open to All

This is exactly what this guild needed instead of just telling people who can't afford it for whatever reason to just give up on their pets. Thanks for this excellent resource.

Spay Waggin I'm not sure if they have this in other states, but for anyone in MA, it's a good source for cheap neutering.

I always keep an eye out in the paper for free spay/neuter services since they can be costly. So, that's my helpful tip in this sticky. xD

A way to help vet bills is when i get a pet save as much money as u can to help pay the bill if anything should come up

I run a dog rescue and I think everyone should ALWAYS check with their local shelter if they need an animal fixed. Chances are they have a vet that will help them at a reduced rate!

IMOM will give exotics help. However, they are lifesaving only and are only there for vetrinary care that MUST be done or the animal has to be put to sleep.

While we are talking Exotics, this is not Reptiles, or course, but I should mention The Glider Initiative (of which I am a paid member) has a program to help Sugar Gliders who's owners can not pay for medical care. So, if any of you are in THAT small minority, please check THAT out. heart

For those of you in the Columbus, Ohio area, SOS is a low-cost spay and neuter clinic. SOS stands for Shelter Outreach Services.... the hardworking vets and techs at this clinic take extra spays and neuters that certain shelters in the area can't handle, for lack of money or manpower. They also serve the public, helping private trappers sterilize feral cats, and your everyday cat or dog owner who just can't afford it at their family vet. I've been volunteering at SOS for seven months, and I'm still impressed with the progress they've made in helping to control Columbus's feral cat populations.
