I have many ideas for Link in future games.
1. Japanese culture, Link is a samurai/ninja and has the spirit of a fallen warrior within him. And battles to find 7 warriors that have the power to seal Emperor Ganondorf. And his spirit is his shadow side. In the game Link fights regular creatures, and You can fight as either him or his shadow when battling bosses. After fighting Ganon he and his shadow split apart because there can't be any person embodied with shadow in the world of light. So the go their separate ways.
2.Link and Zelda have to travel to a small planet to conduct a ritual that will save themselves from their parallel self from crashing together. While doing the ritual with her alter ego Prince Zues with the heroine Pink (still working on names (send ideas for names)). Then Ganon and his alter ego stop and kidnap both the prince and princess. Then you fight as either Link or Pink, and fighting as one of them, the other will back you up. They recover the artifacts in both worlds to finish the ritual. Then they finish the ritual, then when their worlds split apart. Then Pink says "I bare your offspring Link." And never to see each other for 100 years.

leelao, great ideas, but it wouldnt b the same
you change zelda to a completely different thing, its not right
its not right to change the whole thing into something its not

I know I know. but I just wanted Link to have something different from the regular 13th century Europe.

Hmm, actually I do see a lot of aspects that have been in Zelda games. Light and Shadow going their separate ways, finding 7 sages/warriors to seal Ganon, counter parts to Hyrule and their characters. You could actually pull those ideas off if you kept the tone of the game in check.
I like the ending to idea 2, but you forgot one crucial fact about Link: He never ever ever even gets a kiss from Zelda or Ilia or his love interest. How would he be able to have a kid? (Sad but true) XD

Yea I agree with Sora, he never ever gets a kiss from me/Zelda, or anyone else. XD And how old is Link, like 18? That's just sad XD

I know but with the 2nd story Link and Luna, who I have named recently, start to develop a love relationship with each other as they progress through their quest. And before the final with Ganon they do it, thinking that if they die they won't die virgins. And they win and afterwords they get their wound healed. Luna is called by the Fairy, who heals them, and tells her a secret message. Then the Prince and Princess finish the ritual and their worlds. Then Luna thinks that it would be the best time to tell him. But the worlds start to separate. And Luna shouts the she is pregnant. And Zelda hears it too and looks at Link and is angry at him. Link is still in shock that he will never see his first born son. That's probably how that would fit in.

and remember these games are for kids. i started playing ocarina of time when i was in the second grade and if link had done that.....i probably would have been scarred for life.
and i agree with sora about losing respect for link.

XD Sora, I agree with you, and person up there ^^^^^^ I also agree with you, they are for kids which means they cant put anything that's sexual in there, it would be cool if they could, but they just cant.
