She wrote the Deryni series and co-wrote The Adept quintet. I think she really has a talent for writing psychic and spiritual powers. exclaim The first two books in the Adept are actually a couple of my favourite books, heart but I've never encountered anyone who has read them, which is a pity.

Thanks for the tip! I read some of her Deryni stuff a looooong time ago, and enjoyed them; I didn't know about The Adept books.

The main character, Adam Sinclair is a bit too perfect, but the co-star Peregrine Lovat is AMAZING! Peregrine's character development throughout the first two books is done wonderfully. The last three books in the series are good too, but Peregrine is fully-matured by then, which makes it less interesting to me.

Peregrine Lovat made me squeal aloud more than any other fictional character because he's SOOO adorable! 4laugh Honestly, if I was going to have a son, I'd want him to be like Peregrine! heart
