I have flash and java installed, so it's not that. When I go to play games or go to the towns, it never connects. occasionally I get an error message, but most of the time it just never leaves the loading screen. I left it loading for two hours and still nothing happened. I'm new, so I'm not entirely sure of what to do to fix it. Can somebody please tell me how to successfully connect to the servers? neutral I have an antivirus program, and I think it has a firewall. should I turn the firewall off? Other than that, someone please just help. I've been on all day trying to figure it out. crying

To be honest, I've had this issue a lot in the past and I've not found any solutions. My only suggestions are to make sure that you have both Flash and Java fully updated, and make sure that whatever web service you're using is fully updated. Antivirus shouldn't have any kind of influence on this.
