I've also found something strange about the main Disney characters.. Mickey and Minnie don't wear shirts, and Daisy and Donald don't wear pants.. not to mention there's LOADS of hidden dirty messages across a lot of Disney cartoons/shows/movies/etc.

Well I really think that the designers of Donald,Minny,Micky and much more cartoons stars don't wear shirts, pants skirts, just because they don't feel like designing the "details" on them and all the fold lines and anyway no little boy want to see Minny being very busty of something eek That would haunt the poor kids XD

They avoided drawing clothes on the original Disney crew because they were still experimenting with the way characters would flow and move. With the characters being anthropomorphic, there was no actual reason to give them sexualized parts such as "dicks" or "pussies" even though the first Disney cartoons were directed to an adult audience.

The creator of Sonic's original design, Naoto Ōshima (also the creator of the designs for Blinx the Cat) said he was greatly inspired by Mickey Mouse and wanted to keep some of Mickey's attributes as a tribute to Disney's loving character (such as the muzzle, gloves, attire-less appearance etc.).

Besides, he started off as a cutie little hedgehog character that was supposed to save the day. I'm pretty sure hedgehogs don't wear pants! or run super fast and are a bright burning eyes blue
