[Gilded_Chains]

Mojito -
6 slice lime
crushed ice
2 tsp brown sugar
dash of gomme
8 mint leaves
50ml Rum
Muddle sugar, limes and mint. Add crushed ice and rum. Stir or quick shake. Top with crushed ice, a little bit more rum and soda. Garnish with straws and mint.

Pimms -
Lime
Cucumber
Other Fruit
Ice Cubes
50ml Pimms
Lemonade
Put ice in glass add ingredients, top with lemonade. Garnish with straws and fruit. For a pitcher triple ingredients.

Pina Colada -
2 shots white rum
4 shots pineapple juice
1 shot coconut cream
1 shot cream
Crushed Ice
Put all ingredients in blender. Pour into glass and garnish with straws, umbrella, cherry and pineapple slice.

Tequila Sunrise -
50ml gold tequila
orange juice
2 dashes grenadine
Pour tequila and orange juice into glass, add grenadine. Garnish with straws, stirrer, cherry and orange slice.

Hemingway Daiquiri -
50ml golden rum
Lime juice
2 tsp brown sugar
Juice of 1/4 grapefruit
1 tsp of marachino cherry juice or liquer
Crushed Ice
Put all ingredients into blender. Garnish with lime and straws

Negroni -
20 ml campari
20 ml gin
20 ml sweet vermouth
60 ml soda water
Ice cubes
Put ice in short glass, add campari, gin and sweet vermouth. Top with soda water and garnish with lime slice.

Bee Knees
50ml gin
1 tablespoon honey
Pineapple Juice
Grapefruit Juice
Ice cubes/ c rushed ice

Blend ingredients with crushed ice. Strain and pour into short glass over ice cubes. Garnish with orange.

Dark Chocolate Martini.

- 1 part vodka
- 1 part crème de cacao (dark)
- Cocktail glass

Just shake it with ice and strain
