we're trying to decide... was the pirate hat commercial REALLY first like they say in the new commercial?
Or was it the basement commercial?
should I make this a poll? I think so...

...are you trying to decide that or the people from the company? Cause I would think they would have some kind of record of which they recorded and got on TV FIRST. With that said, the pirate restaurant was the first one. Before that there were no singing guys.

I was always wondering why they played a country style song in the ad when they were dressed as pirates. I mean....wouldn't a "piratey" sea shanty or something have been better?
Another thing....he has to move in with his girlfriend's parents because her credit is bad right? Well....what about his credit? His can't be particularly good either if he's moving in with her parents. YAY FOR OVERTHINKING ADS!

The main guy is only lip sycning I read in Parade Magazine.

The first commercial I ever saw was the one in the basement, then the restaurant, then the used car one, then the bike riding one, then the Renaissance fair one... If that helps. biggrin
