It actually depends. When it comes to sketching. About 5 - 10 mins if I knew what I wanted to draw. But probably about 20 mins because I want it perfect.
Coloring takes a long time. xD;
On the computer when it comes to ms paint. 30 mins for linearting ((Thinking of a pose as well.)) && probably a couple of hours just to color it.

When I start something, I have to finish it. This isn't so good when I start colouring something at ten at night. >_>
On average, I'd say about two to three hours, including lineart.
(I admire anyone who can use MSPaint well. XD)

 « Overall it probably takes me 1-3 hours, depending on the piece. xD But that gets spread out over a few days, so anywhere from a day to two weeks. »

Usually around 5ish hours? When I do commissions, I usually like to do them when I have the time to sit down and finish the whole thing. Which is rare though. If I can't though, I try to divide it into two separate work times so I don't lose drive to finish it XD
Other art's another story though XD I'm generally a very slow worker because I tend to be very meticulous D:

I take around 1Ohours+ for most of my work. And it's usually all spread out over a couple of weeks, on average.
...OTL;; I need to learn how to work faster. ; O;

10-20 minutes. It's rare if it's longer than that... I like to work fast and non-stop xD
