Fablehaven by Brandon Mull is another good children's fantasy series.

They aren't just for kids. Some teens might like them too. They are good family books.

Cry Gemmina They aren't just for kids. Some teens might like them too. They are good family books. Sure, I'm almost 20 and I like them, but the writing style is definitely that of a children's book the same way that Artemis Fowl, Children of the Red King, and many others are. No one would suggest Margaret Weis or George Martin to young children because the vocabulary and descriptions in their novels are too advanced.
Half of my favourite series are children's books; I don't have to be a child to like it. The term children's book just refers to the writing style. And that there's no overly graphic sex or violence, of course. xd

Yeah, Fablehaven is a good series. I've been meaning to get the fourth book. Has anyone read it yet? Is it good?
