lol they don't make us pay for here... unless you keep it longer then it's due date... then there is a late charge...
but the anime/manga in the libraries here... don't have much anime/manga..
plus poor quality.

come to think of it.. I don't see many anime stores here D:. (I prefer in real life stores.. rather then the online ones.. have fraud on there.)

I've checked out a few libraries in Toronto for dvd rentals and the selection varies but there were a few that had some good animes ... guess we're just lucky XD.

You could also link to web comics I know Rose reads a lot of them and some are anime styled at least then again maybe not but it is a thought.

Gah, you're making me doubt the sites I use to watch and read anime and manga! I still go out and buy the manga, and I want so badly to buy anime DVDs, but I'm not old enough to drive or have a job... darn it! Now I have to go make sure they aren't illegal sites or something.

Ah... gather round children, and I'll tell you all a... gross story sweatdrop I tried talking about this in the CB x_x at first, people did take it seriously, and I had an intelligent conversation with a few people on the subject. But a troll came in... and I couldn't ignore them. So the troll started hoping onto mules and posting up graphic pictures... one in particular was an anime girl peeing into a cup, and crapping into a tray >.< I'll give the CB another shot in the near future. Right now, I'm waiting for some emails I've sent out to FACT, PiracyIsaCrime.org, and many others to be answered.
