Kero had missed the wedding, but not for lack of reasons. He had not lied...he had work to do in the Void. But there was also something more important that he wanted to attend to. Hidden away in his cabin, he pulls out a small ring and engraves the finishing touches on it's diamond-encrusted amethyst. He studies the result, and finds he is quite satisfied, and ready to do what he plans to do. He pockets the ring in a pocket of his volumonous robe, then goes searching for Tes.
