Mind you, I'm one of those people who believe that Sonic isn't exactly a love story,
since I can't picture Sonic settling down with anyone. Even Princess Sally.
The personalities of the two girls really aren't cooperative with Sonic's own.
But if I had to choose, I'd prefer Sally. Amy, while she cares for Sonic, seems rather young in mentality and probably doesn't understand what she feels beyond fangirl syndrome.
