This came up in a conversation I had with a friend a loooong time ago. The question was "Can you get an STD from having sex with a zombie".

STD is probably a grey area. I'm going to say that it has much to do with the... "freshness" of the zombie...
I will say that it is definitely possible to get an STI from a zombie, though. After all, crabs aren't very picky....

After all, crabs aren't very picky.... Hm... I'd say it depends a lot on how fresh the zombie is, too... and who knows how a zombie's internal chemistry would interact with any STD. gonk
And zombie insects. Why are humans (and other primates) the only ones who seem to be zombified, generally? lol
EDIT: Oh, yeah, I was actually going somewhere with that. Most viruses, etc., are actually fairly fragile and need to keep a certain temperature or die themselves. smile

Crotch Maggots is one that you can only get from ******** a dead body. It's considered by some to be an STD, and by other to not be one.
You can also get crabs, depending on how long the person has been dead.
AIDs, and many other diseases can also be gotten from the corpse, but that's also depending on how long the body has been dead.

I'm thinking that if the person had died and had STD then it could be possible, depending on how long the body was dead the disease would be larger than when they were alive as the person wouldn't have the defense system to kill some of the disease then it would of infestated badly and the disease would be at it's upmost worst.
But... What if the Zombie's sex organs had rotten away? I don't think you would be able to catch one then seems as they wouldn't have any blood or other body fluids an all to catch it from. I mean, surely if the body had stopped making semen or cervical mucas (as they do as soon as you die) would you not be able to catch one.
As to crab's... Surely they need air to breath and the body being buried an all would suffocate them. Unless they were Zombie crabs XD
I totally contradicted myself there... Meh...

Viruses need living cells to survive, so I tend to think no. I'm not sure what the life expectancy of a virus is, but I tend to think it'd be noticeably shorter without a living host...
