For 2009's St. Patrick's Day contest here at The Bookcase the challenge was to write a limerick based on something Gaia-related, like a game, item, or shopkeeper. As guild captain, I couldn't enter the contest. If I could have, this would've been my entry:The blonde beauty Aphrodite
Comes to me in a purple nightey.
She lies on my bed,
And touches my head
Till Alruna comes for a bitey!
pirate Get it? Aphrodite distracts the victims until Alruna comes to suck their blood. exclaim Limericks are supposed to be amusing, and...well...I thought it was clever. *shrugs* Everyone is familiar with the Valentine Aphordite and Vampire Alruna's Rose items on Gaia, right?
Anyway, since I was unable to enter I figured that I'd share here in the subforum. whee

Thanks, Elf, smile but I doubt that I would've won anyway. The limerick was only supposed to be about one thing on Gaia and mine was about two. sweatdrop
