so i have thought about it and i have come to the descision that there could ba a cap on some clans and limits on what you should be
Tremere: are capped at 5 + 1 (regent counts as +1)
Lasombra: are capped at 4 because they can be much to handle
Assamites: Very s Pm ma for details
True Brujah: only for experienced role players only Pm me for premission
Any of the bloodlines will have to be talked about with me the only one i think im going to ban for right now is Balli only because of there nature.
Sects restriction are not as bad as you would think. there is a 20 person cab for sabbat, there is no cap for independant, there is a cap on the cammerilla. I think it will be 40. If you want to be an anarch i have no problem with that.
If you want to try to start your own sect it would have to be on a great scale and you would have to at least have 20 or more ppl to create it, and have the backgrounds to be able to support it, and would have to maintain or gather members for your sects cause. (Pm me with the info)
