And i really like this guy.
and i know he likes me back.
but he is playing hard to get.
by going out with someone else.
he still flirts with me like alot.
but i dont know what to do.

OK stop back track, did you just say he's playing hard to get by going out with someone else? I'm sorry hun but forget this guy! If he is seriously flirting with you and not play flirting then that means he's not loyal and would you really want that type of guy in the first place. Trying to convince yourself that his dating someone else is only him "playing hard to get" will only cause YOU to get hurt.

Wow, man. Ok, since I have a little experience with girls, if they don't want to be with you, then find someone else. It won't hurt the other person because they obvious don't care.

I wouldn't text him.
Wait for him to text you at least 3 time's before you text him back.
Don't call.
Let him call you.
If he ask's you t come out,
90% of the time say your busy.
And so on and so forth.
If he like's you he'll respond.
If he doesn't then he'll ignore you.
If so settle at being his friend.

I'd also recommend avoiding mind games. Don't play games with people's emotions. It's childish and it'll likely blow up in your face. Deceit and scheming is a great way to start things off, right?
