well, i probably cant solve this for you entirely, but here's my best shot.
Firstly, if your friend told you that, they're not your friend. I KNOW that sounds like something a stupid school counselor or psychiatrist would tell you, but trust me; I'm the queen of not playing well with others at my school. i can tell you that person isn't your friend.
next, IF that's true, don't let it bother you that much. i mean, yeah, we all want friends, we all want to fit in somewhere, but that shouldn't be the primary focus of your life. Try focusing on something that interests you outside of people, and eventually you'll make acquaintances and maybe even friends eventually. *try volunteer work..I've met numerous people.
finally, about the whole 'nothing to live for now'... 'friends' shouldn't be your reason for living. like i already said, find a hobby. the less emphasis you place on making friends, the easier they'll come to you. besides, no offense intended but if you're that kid that tries their hardest to get everyone's attention, everyone's going to see right through that and avoid you. try getting out more..and go to places outside where the people you know hang out. (i don't know if you're old enough but concerts are an example..sort of..)
That's about all i got. Sorry if it didn't help.

there is always something to live for. trust me, this will not be the worst thing that happens in your life. you need to learn to make a new friend or whatever and just move on, thats what life is moslty about, just moving on and making things better for yourself. since you joined this guild im going to assume you have a pet of some sort, well, thats somehting to live for right there. my animals are about the only thing that gets me up in the morning, i wouldnt be here today if it wasnt for them

I have felt this way before too, the whole, life not worth living feeling. So much so that I have had to be under supervision before. So, REALLY, I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL. But just believe me, you WILL get through this. People like your so-called friend are FULL OF CRAP. You are loved and wanted by people... if not by those you know now, those you will know in the future. DON'T deny them meeting you! wink

I'm with what every one else said. And I'm about to tell you my story.
You know how you have that one special friend? That's been through the thick and thin, fat and slim, since pre-k? The one you used to always trade cards or exchange secrets with? I never had one. In third grade, I got my very first friend. Her nickname is Kiwi, Ki for short. Before that, on my birthday, when my mom would tell me to invite friends, I would invite whoever was looking at me with them in my hands. Ki was the first person I invited and invited from then on. She's still my bestie, and she's the only thing that came between me and suicide.

Yeah like everyone says, YOUR FRIEND IS CRAP. WHAT KINDA FRIEND TELLS YOU THAT NO ONE LIKES YOU!!??!??
Well, unless u had this big argument and then he/she was so mad he/she said that. Try finding a friend that u can really be with. As in, have the same interests likes each other for who they are and everything.
When you said "nothing to live for", I thought u meant u were gonna commit suicide or something...DONT DO THAT!!!!! scream
Yeah and maybe ur having this attitude where in you're so annoying and trying to get attention, that everybody hates.... sweatdrop

my heart goes out to you.
People who tell other people that kind of stuff love to make others miserable. They get some kind of sick kick out of watching other people destroy themselves - like the mom and daughter that caused the suicide of another girl using the internet.
It may sound trite, but don't let anyone else dictate who you should be. You have to be comfortable in your own skin before you can bare it to the world.

i know exactly how you feel. nobody never actually told me, because nobody really cared enough. crying in 4th grade i was such a loser. i cried almost every day. my only friends were outside of school. and, i had ACNE. as a 4TH GRADER. in fact, i got my zits in third grade. it was quite degrading and a great teasing topic. but now in 6th grade (yes, i did fake my age to get on gaia, but it was WORTH IT!!!), i've gotten much better but i'm still not exaactly in the top ten or anything. plus i hate little gossip cliques anyway.
sry for the big explanation thingie. anyway, distract yourself. join scouts or sports or some sort of club or chat on gaia or something. and, by the way, tell your ex-friend that nobody likes them anybody any better if they say stuff like that. thanks for listening to a ten year old and i hope this info helped.

High School SUCKS (sorry I'm assuming, but it sounds like High school). Teens are cruel. In my experience, they ostracize you for not "fitting in" in High School, but as soon as I made it out. Those same things that made "different" suddenly made me "special" (but the good sense of the word). And guys were telling me how much they loved my crazyness. (Why don't I ever fall for those guys? I've met so many great guys who were really interested and yet I felt nothing, I only fall for the dirtbags! okay, getting off track)
All I can say is, just don't change who you are in attempts to change what other people think of you. You're allowed to be hurt, you don't have to pretend like your tough and it doesn't affect you.
