I am just beginning to play the Zomg game, and i can't seem to complete my tasks at village greens. how can i meet others on this guild to teem up? I don't know how to do this outside of the game.

zOMG has been kind of glitchy as of late, but you find a group of (6 I believe is the max for now) gaians who would like to do the same quest or fight the same monster(s) as you.
