My new year wish is to get into college, begin training again, and save up half my money to go to Japan.
私の新年の願いは日本に行くために大学に得ること私のお金上りの半分のを除けば、および再度訓練し始める。
I think it says: Watashi no atarashi nen no ** i ha hi/ni hon ni iku tame ni daigaku ni *ru koto watashi no o Gen* ri no ** no wo * keba oyobi *****shi*meru.
* means I either can't see it or have no clue what is is.

Watashi no shinnen no negai wa (my new year's wish is) nippon(nihon) ni iku tame ni (in order to go to Japan) daigaku ni eru koto (to get on college) watashi no okane nobori no hanbun o nokeba, (save up half my raised money) saidokunrenshi hajimeru. (begin training again)
I got stuff from dictionary - I can't say it's 100% correct, but I hope it helps. sweatdrop

This year I will strive to:
eat more fruits and veggies
sleep more
study more Japanese verbs
start my collection of BBQ sauce
save for my return trip to Japan (we all need to go to Japan!)
