What you prefer to be called-well, I'm going to have to go with Animal. Besides, Chief_Blackfoot may be very unhappy if I go by Chief when she is a Chief.
Favourite animal and why-My favourite animal would have to be dogs, because I have, well, many dog-like qualities. At times I question if I'm human or dog. Ok, not really. I can have conversations with my dogs though.

What you prefer to be called: Psy, Psychotic, any form of Psychotic etc. is fine, just nothing with 'Happy' or "Happiness' etc. Thank you.
Favorite Animal: It's a close tie between six of them actually. First my favorite of the canine family. I really like dog's, or inu in Japanese. Mainly because I own one and he's very sweet and protective, plus dog's, to me, are loyal and they're always there for you, even if they can't talk, you can tell them whatever is on your mind without being judged. Another member of the canine family, the wolf, or in Japanese, the okami (or is it spelled with two o's?). They're beautiful, and very smart, they stick together with their packs, and defend each other, they're also just amazing to look at. Finally, the last member of the canine family that I adore is Fox, or again, in Japanese, the kitsune. They're cute and again fun to watch, they're also cunning and they probably think two steps ahead of any problem. Also, their fur patterns, are really interesting to me. Moving on to the next animal, the cat, neko in Japanese if I'm not mistaken(yes I'm a fan of Japan and the Japanese even if I'm not.) Even if they sleep a lot, they're very affectionate, and they're also fun to have around. It's fun to watch them just wander around your house, getting into whatever. Almost done, next animal, the Cow, the ushi. I mainly love the cow since, in one of my favorite manga, one of my favorite characters is cursed by the spirit of the Ox/Cow, that's basically the only reason xP. And finally, last favorite animal, the dragon, or Ryuu as called in Japan. What's not to love about them? They're mysterious, also very interesting to learn about. They're many breeds and each have different habits and habitats. Plus, they're beautiful and just... cool I guess xD.

Favourite animal and why: I have a few favorite animals: Panda Bears; because of their colors, cuddle-e-ness, and their habits, Tigers; 'cause they are cool, strong, fast, and look pretty fierce, Monkeys; I can relate to monkeys well...we both love climbing...But, they are real cutie's...Penguins; Black & white! Plus, I love how they waddle. And, I feel for them. They can't fly even though they had wings. (If I had wings, and couldn't fly, I'd be pretty mad.) And I like eagles...Just cause. Plus, I like the cat becuase he is my favorite animal from Fruits Basket. (I also LOVE all the Zodiac animals)

I have my own litte world...And it that world, Bat's say Moo. Oh, OH! Something interesting ( I think...?): When I was little, I had no friends till 2nd grade. And even then, I only had a totle of about 7 friends until I started 6th grade. In 7th grade, I litteraly saved a girl's life, and now that girl is my best friend. Now, in 10th grade, I have so many school friends, I cant count them with just my fingers anymore. (YAY!) I feel loved now. =D

Matelia is usually what I end up being called. And I'm wonderfully fine with that; I made it up. ^_^ If you can think of a shorter nickname, go for it. I'll try to recognize it as my name.
Favourite animal and why
Does it have to be just one? Well, judging by the two posters on my wall, and the seven figurines on my dresser, unicorns are my favorite. I don't actually remember deciding that I liked unicorns. I just always have.
But also in my favorites are cats (love them, adore them, worship them), mice/rats, owls, panda bears, sparrows, deer(especially fawns), bunnies, horses, and dogs(especially toy poodles, black labs, and dalmations). You'll probably be able to work out the reason for some of these preferences as you get to know me better.

Reading, Writing and Arith--no sorry. I went on autopilot. However, I do have the first two as my hobbies. I also love music, so I sing, play the piano, write music, and dance a little.
