when giving a gift is there way to give it to some random person or do you HAVE to send it to a specific person?

You do have to give it to a set person as it asks for the name as part of the gift giving routine. You can remain annonomous if you like though.

it cant be a game item.
When you have clicked your item, you get the choice if you want to equip now, yes/no, and just below that is a button, give as a gift, click that one and then just follow the instructions.
