Who thinks Rhythm charts are the most retarded things in the world?
Say how much you hate them and why and for the strange few who like them GET OUT OF THIS FOURM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They're extremely important. You have to learn rhythms to play well. They're by far the best way to practice for sight reading. If you have a good teacher, you might get to play Rhythm Master (a game where the ensemble starts playing from the beginning of the sheet at a particular tempo and plays through with each person dropping out when they make a mistake. The last person playing, wins.). It's a fun game.
