Don't have permission to view evolving item thread?

Hi every1, i was reading the FAQ thread and tried to use the link to "A Guide to Evolving Items!", but i got error message "permission denied", so what's up with that?

Buuuuuuut, i cant find the said thread in the resources subforum, or in the crew workshop. i dont remember if it was linked outside the guild.

I see, thanks. I also found some info about evolving items in the market place faq, so my orinigal questions about that are answered now.
