A headpiece is what ties together a complete Lolita outfit. There are many ranging from headbands and Alice bows to Tiaras and mini straw hats. I was wondering what your favorites were?
My favorite are those mini-hats. They look so cute ^-^. I own 5 of them heart .

My favourite is a lacy headdress I made. I can change the ribbons in it to match whatever outfit I am wearing. It's just the perfect, cute topping to my outfits smile
I am hoping to make a chocolate log slice headdress too, with a pattern I found in my sewing encyclopedia. It's going to be great heart

I have a large collection of full sized hats and miniature hats. I have 5 berets, 1 top hat, 2 cloche hats, 2 kodona appropriate caps, one vintage velveteen hat, and a few other random hats. Plus 8 miniature hats (two regular straw, one mini straw tricorn)
Aside from the obvious hat fetish, I must say that I'm incredibly fond of side bows.

I have one classic headdress, two full-size top hats, a pill box hat, a large straw hat with attatched bow, and three mini top hats. I like mini top hats the best, I think. I would die for a mini tricorn though. heart

It's quite floral and not very piratey. ( Image) wink I saw something very similar in an old french fashion book and decided to try my hand at it.

I tend to lean towards the bows and lacey headdress things.
The little hats don't seem to suit me for some reason heheh.
Too bad! They are adorable on others, though!

Bonnets are the shizzle.
The newest floral print bonnet(not that new) from Baby's AatP collection makes me melt inside. :O

XD Or that I have something of yours hostage... Should I take a picture of the bow with a gun to it? 8D (Note to self: look through fabric piles for pinstripe fabric for a frilly skirt and vest. )

That was epic.
.....I wish I had that pinstripe lolita suit, now. I'm not at all above making a photopost for EGL along the lines of tying someone's bow to a chair and holding a lighter (or one of our lightsabers) up to it, or laying the package on the ground behind a car tire. Plus the obvious ransom notes.
