How do you buy a trading pass?
Apperently you need of of those to trade? whee
And is there a way to 'book mark' a section from a guild?
Ive been told how to with topics, and that I can find my posting history, but is it possible for guilds?

You can buy a trading pass by clicking on trade.
It'll tell you that you need a pass and ask if you want to by one.
It costs 500g.
Unfortunately you can not subscribe to topics in guilds.

I just attempted to get a trading pass and it told me the bank was disabled instead. Could you help this poor idiot (me) find my way to a trading pass?

Unfortunately, you'll have to wait for the bank to come back up before you can buy one.
It went down due to some rather serious issues with exploits, but they should have it back up soon(ish).
