Where do you go to make body dye(if thats how you get it), and what do you need to make it?

ok i went but i couldnt find the "exchange ink button" there was the buy tattoo button but when u click on it there isnt anyway to get body dye.

I think the tattoo shop is glitched. I've been seeing a lot of people talking about how they want tattoos, but they can't get them, because the shop is messed up.

You also need hundreds of bottles of ink to make them and if you don't have enough they won't show up. I don't remember the exact amount but it's a lot. 500 maybe? D:

I'm pretty sure it is 500. Except for gray, I think that is 250 black and 250 white.
