I voted last Friday via absentee ballot. I'm so excited to hear the results of this election, but very nervous about some of the Propositions in CA.

Congratulations America, you have a new president!
While I don't follow the US politics as much as I should, it was clear to me that Obama was/is the best man for the job. I have been watching it on TV today - it looks like he has won with a landslide!

I am so happy to know we are finally representing more of our people- the only white-male-protestant thing was bothering me. This is so exciting!
And yay to women having the right to vote!!!!

I voted yesterday, my mom waited almost an hour...I went after work and walked right in.
The election this year will be one for the history books though.
